Terms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement between you and ProfitBlox ("we", "us") covering your purchase and use of the ProfitBlox desktop application (the "bot") and the profitblox.org website. By purchasing a license or using the bot, you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not purchase or use the bot.
1. What you are buying
A ProfitBlox license is a personal, non-transferable, revocable subscription to use the bot for the period you paid for. You are buying access to software — not a guarantee of trading profit, item values, or any particular outcome. You may not resell, share, lease, or sublicense your license or license key.
2. All sales are final — no refunds
All sales are final. Once your license has been delivered and the bot has been downloaded or used, no refund will be issued, in whole or in part, for any reason — including unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with results, action taken against your Roblox account, or termination of your license under these terms.
By completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that, where consumer-withdrawal rights exist (e.g. the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period for digital content), you consent to immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
3. Chargebacks
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback instead of contacting us is a violation of these terms. If you initiate a chargeback on a delivered license: your license is terminated immediately, your account and associated identifiers are permanently blacklisted from purchasing or using ProfitBlox, and we will contest the dispute with our delivery and usage records. If you have a billing problem, contact us on Discord first — we respond quickly.
4. License termination and blacklisting
We may suspend or permanently revoke any license, and refuse future service to any person, at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without explanation. Reasons may include — but are not limited to — chargebacks, license sharing, abuse of our systems or staff, fraud, or attempts to reverse-engineer the bot. A revoked license is not refunded.
5. Your responsibilities and assumption of risk
The bot automates actions on your Roblox account at your direction. You are solely responsible for how you use it and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform, including Roblox. You acknowledge that automation tools may violate the Roblox Terms of Use and that you use the bot at your own risk — including the risk of moderation action against your Roblox account. ProfitBlox is not responsible for actions Roblox takes against your account, for lost items or Robux, or for market movements in item values.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the bot to scam, defraud, or harass other players.
- Do not attempt to crack, patch, or redistribute the bot.
- Do not probe, overload, or abuse our servers or license system.
- One license covers one customer; accounts are per the plan you buy.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The bot and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the bot is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost virtual items.
8. YouTube API Services
Our internal publishing tool uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own channel. By using our services you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy, and access can be revoked at any time via Google security settings. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and how it is deleted.
9. Not affiliated with Roblox
ProfitBlox is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and related marks belong to Roblox Corporation.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the bot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
