Put both sides of a trade in and get a straight answer on whether it is a win, with the reasoning. It judges on community value rather than RAP alone, warns you about projected items, and accounts for Roblox’s 30% fee on Robux.

How this calculator judges a trade

Most trade calculators add up two columns and show you the difference. That is fine until the numbers themselves are the trap. This one works through the same checks an experienced trader does, in the same order, and tells you what it found.

Value first, not RAP

RAP is an average of an item’s recent sale prices. Averages are easy to move: buy a few copies at a silly price and the RAP follows. Community value is what traders actually pay, so the verdict is built on value and falls back to RAP only when an item has never been valued. When the two disagree, the calculator says so rather than quietly picking one. RAP vs value covers why the two numbers drift apart, and what Roblox limiteds are is the place to start if any of this is new.

Projected items override everything

A projected item has had its RAP inflated on purpose so it looks valuable. Judge that trade on RAP and it can read as an enormous win while you receive something worth a fraction of the number. If anything on the receiving side is projected, or its RAP runs far above its value, the verdict becomes a warning no matter what the arithmetic says. Demand decides whether you can move it

Gaining value while dropping into low-demand items is often a bad trade in practice, because you cannot re-trade what nobody wants. The calculator compares the demand on both sides and warns you when you are trading into items that tend to sit. Roblox demand explained covers how to read it.

It tells you how sure it is

Only about a fifth of Roblox limiteds carry a community value. For everything else, any calculator is falling back to RAP whether it admits it or not. This one shows a confidence figure so you know how much of the verdict rests on solid ground.

Robux is taxed, and capped

Roblox removes a 30% transaction fee from Robux included in a trade, so 1,000 Robux added arrives as 700. Robux also cannot exceed 50% of the value of the items on that side. Both are built into the result, which can flip a marginal trade that looked even.

Frequently asked questions

How does this Roblox trade calculator decide a win or loss?

It compares the community value of everything you give against everything you receive, then adjusts for Roblox's 30% fee on any Robux in the trade. It also checks demand, flags projected items, and tells you how much of the estimate rests on real community values rather than RAP.

Why does the calculator use value instead of RAP?

RAP is an average of recent sale prices, and an average can be dragged anywhere by a few staged sales. That is exactly how projected items work. Community value reflects what traders actually pay, so it is the better guide. The calculator shows both and warns you when they disagree.

What is a projected item and why does it override the result?

A projected item has had its RAP inflated by manipulated sales so it looks far more valuable than it is. Judging such a trade on RAP can show a huge win while you receive something close to worthless, so a projected item on the receiving side overrides the arithmetic with a warning.

Does Roblox take a fee on Robux added to a trade?

Yes. Roblox removes a 30% transaction fee from any Robux included in a trade, so adding 1,000 Robux delivers 700 to the other side. Robux in a trade also cannot exceed 50% of the value of the items you are offering. The calculator accounts for both.

Is this trade calculator free?

Yes, it is free and needs no account or login. It is built by ProfitBlox, which makes a Roblox trading bot, but the calculator works on its own and does not require the bot.

Community values and demand ratings come from Rolimon’s. RAP is read live from Roblox. ProfitBlox is not affiliated with Roblox or Rolimon’s.
